Video Class/E-book/Template Purchase Agreement This Video Class/E-book/Template Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between [Customer Name] ("Customer ") and Glam Atelier Academy ("Glam Atelier "), collectively referred to as the "Parties. " 1. Purchase of Video Class/E-book/Template Customer agrees to purchase the following Video Class/E-book/Template ("Product") from Glam Atelier: 2. Intellectual Property Rights (a) Customer acknowledges that Glam Atelier is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights associated with the Product, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights. (b) Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Product, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the express written consent of Glam Atelier. 3. Restrictions on Use (a) Customer agrees that the Product is for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or otherwise distributed to third parties without the prior written consent of Glam Atelier. (b) Customer agrees not to use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others. 4. Limitation of Liability (a) Customer agrees that Glam Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product. (b) Customer agrees that Glam Atelier ' s total liability for any and all claims related to the Product shall not exceed the total amount paid by Customer for the Product. 5. Indemnification Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glam Atelier, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys ' fees) arising out of or in connection with Customer ' s breach of this Agreement or Customer ' s use of the Product. 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. 7. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. 8. Acceptance By purchasing the Product, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 9.
